Highlights of Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indian's #1 Match

Finally the moment came for which we all are waiting. It's an IPL time guys. The opening ceremony of IPL 2018 was outstanding whether it's a performance of Varun Dhawan or Hrithik Roshan all are amazing. Now come to the point, the first match was between the ( Defending Champion) Mumbai Indians and (two times title holders) Chennai Super kings at Wankhede stadium. What an unbelievable match between them. This is an amazing starting of an IPL season 2018. The Chennai Super kings "DJ Bravo" won the hearts of many IPL fans by his stunning performance in the match.(scored 68 runs, which inculde 3 fours and 7 sixes with the strike rate 226.67).

Both the captain of team MS Dhoni from Chennai Super kings and Rohit Sharma from Mumbai Indians cam in the field. The coin was tossed Chennai Super kings won it. As a captain MS Dhoni elected to bowl first.

1st Inning :

Mumbai Indians start with their top batsmen Rohit sharma and Evin levis and Chennai Super kings begin with the bowler named Deepak Chahar. Both batsmen was playing confidently. 2nd over was very good from Chennai's side with the help of Shane Watson. In 3rd over Mumbai Indians lost their 1st wichet, Evin lewis's wicket taken by Chahar. Then Ishan kishan came to the field. On the other hand Rohit Sharma was trying to score runs but with 1 six he went to pavilion. Then the partnership between Ishan kishan and Suryakumar Yadav makes Mumbai Indian's scores to 97/2. Mumbai Indian struggling in batting. Chennai bowlers did very well. And Mumbai Indians scored 165/4 in 20 overs.

2nd Inning :

Now the Chennai Super kings needed to score 166 in 20 over to win the first match. Shane Watson and Ambati Rayudu came as a openers. Well by seeing their shots their thoughts were cleared. Bowling side Mitchell McClenaghan and Jasprit Bhumra putting their effort to stop CSK. CSk was scoring good 19/0 in 3 overs. But Mumbai Indian bowler have their own strategy. Shane Watson out by the Hardik Pandya and suresh raina departs for 4 runs only. Then continuously Csk was loosing wickets, even MS Dhoni did score only 5 runs. Csk was in danger as there 4 players already went to rest room. Now Csk score was 51/4 in 8 overs. Then DJ Bravo came to field and hit sixes, Harbhajan Singh, Ravindra Jadeja no one was able to build up good partneship. only the bravo was scoring run.

Csk need 61 runs from 31 balls. With the sixes and fours Dj barvo was putting pressure on Mumbai Indian's side. Again another batsmen out. Chenni was in trouble. Chennai needs 15 runs from 10 balls. Everything was in favour of Csk but surprisingly Bravo lost his wichets. Then just 2 Balls are left and they needed 1 run and 9 wicket Chennai already lost. Now Jhadav came back and Chennai finally managed to win the first match of IPl 2018.

With the outstanding performance Dj Bravo became the Man of the Match in yesterday's match at Wankhede stadium. He scored 68 run facing 30 balls which helps Chennai super kings to win the match.
