Highlights of Delhi Daredevils vs Rajasthan Royals match IPL 2018

Did you forgot to saw the exciting match between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils, or you thought that rain had ruined the match. So if you thought that then you missed lot of things. Well here we are providing you the highlights of yesterday’s thrilling match. The match was between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils both are struggling to maintain their point in the IPL pointstable. Rajasthan Royals won the toss and elected to ball first. Due to rain match started at 9:30 and 

umpires decided to reduce the number of overs to 18.

DELHI DAREDEVILS BATTING HIGHLIGHTS 

From delhi side Prithvi Shaw, Colin Munro are the two openers. Dhawal Kulkarni begins from Rajasthan’s side.

In the first over delhi lost thier 1st wicket by catch out and Colin munro (0 runs) get out of the field without any single run. Delhi was struggling as bows slightly swings. Now delhi’s captain Shreyas Iyer is the new batsman. After 1st over delhi’s Prithvi shaw and Iyer have all responsibilities in thier hands.

Prithvi was batting fabulous and in every ball hiiting boundries. He scored 47 runs facing 25 balls and in 7th over he was caught by Gopal. An outstanding inning came to an end. Now delhi was 74/2 in 7th over. Shreyas on the other hand lifting delhi’s score by his explosive batting. Now rishab panth came for batting. Everyone ‘s eye was on the panth’s batting. All the spiners and fast baller trying to stop runs but they didn’t able to do so. Rishab panth from the starting hittings boundries and got half century facing only 23 balls . with the 6 shreyas became 6th player to cross 300 runs and in 12 over both player manage to socre a total of 125 runs for delhi. Shreyas was catch out by tripathi. But he did his job very we

ll now DD 172/4 in 15 overs. Rishab panth also lost his wicket another fabulous inning came to end.

     Now the final score of delhi 196/6 in 17.1 overs.

Again rain started and umpire called for the covers. Rain had spoil the match and  everyone was waiting for the rain stop.

Umpires decided to restart match at 11:30 but now Rajasthan need to score 151 in 12 overs.

RAJASTHAN ROYALS BATTING HIGHLIGHTS 

D Arcy Short and Jos Buttler open the innings from Rajasthan Royal’s side. Shahbaz Nadeem bowls the first over from delhi’s side. It can easily be seen that Rajasthan Royals already thought that it is a do or die match and thier openers were doing that. Buttler was hitting boundries back to back. In 1st over 14 came without wicket. Buttler score his half century facing only 20 balls.He can be harmful for the Delhi Daredevils. 

 Bolt and other baller giving their best.Finally in the 6th over amit   mishra took wicket of buttler, an explosion batsman lost his wicket . RR 82/1 in 6.4over.Sanju samson is the next batsman. RR need 67 runs in 29 balls. Delhi control the match with the help of Amit mishra and liam plunkett.

Colin take the wicket of sanju samson now RR Looses all their hopes.RR 92/2 in 8.1 over. They need 57 runs in 22 balls and also want someone to take out from 

the hyper situation. One by one all rajastan batsmen getting out this time Ben strokes. D’Arcy, Rahul Tripathi and Gowtham explosive batting gave some hope to RR as they need 14 of 6 balls. Boult bowl the last over everyone was in full of excitement. But bolt did a good job and Delhi Daredevils won the match.
